Savory, cheesy, and packed with Lovejoy’s goodness.
These golden biscuits are brushed with herbed butter and made with our Classic Bloody Mary Mix—an instant brunch favorite.
Ingredients:

2½ cups all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 Tbsp sugar

1 Tbsp garlic powder
-
1 Tbsp onion powder
-
1 Tbsp sea salt (divided)

8 oz shredded sharp cheddar

½ cup whole milk
-
1 cup Lovejoy’s Classic Bloody Mary Mix

2 tsp dried parsley
-
½ tsp ground black pepper
-
1 stick + ½ stick butter, melted (separated)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt 1 stick butter and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ½ tsp salt.

Stir in melted butter, milk, and Lovejoy mix until just combined.

Fold in cheese gently.

Drop heaping spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes.

Melt remaining butter and mix with parsley, pepper, and remaining salt.

Brush warm biscuits with seasoned butter. Serve hot!
