Forget the seasoning packet—this quick and easy ramen is elevated with Thai basil richness and fresh veggies.
Ingredients:

1 pack instant ramen (discard seasoning)

1 cup Lovejoy’s Thai Basil Bloody Mary Mix

1 cup water
-
½ cup mixed veggies (spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers)

1 tsp soy sauce

½ tsp sesame oil
Instructions:

In a small pot, bring Thai Basil Mix and water to a simmer.

Add ramen noodles and cook per package instructions.

Toss in veggies, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with optional chili crisp or fresh herbs.
