Lovejoy's Baked Feta Dip with Thai Basil Flavor Bomb

Warm, cheesy, herby bliss.
This dip is made for sharing, but no judgment if you keep it all to yourself. Thai Basil Mix takes it to a whole new level of brunch magic.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz block feta, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 5 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • ¾ cup Lovejoy’s Thai Basil Bloody Mary Mix

  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper

  • ½ tsp dried basil

  • ½ tsp dried oregano

  • Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan, divided

  • Garnish: Fresh basil & cracked pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In an oven-safe dish, mix all ingredients (except half the Parmesan) thoroughly.

  3. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  4. Remove foil, stir again, and top with remaining Parmesan.

  5. Bake uncovered for another 10 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Garnish and serve warm with crusty bread or crackers.
