Ingredients:

1 chicken breast

1 small green bell pepper

1 small red bell pepper

½ small onion

½ cup Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix

Olive oil (for cooking)
Instructions:

Cut the chicken breast into small strips. Add to a bowl with Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix and let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

While the chicken is marinating, slice the bell peppers and onion into strips.

In a medium saucepan, heat a small amount of olive oil and sauté the peppers and onion until tender-crisp.
