Fresh, zesty, and full of Lovejoy’s flavor.
This quick and easy pico de gallo gets a bold twist from our signature Bloody Mary Mix—layering in savory spice and umami that makes it irresistible. Whether you’re dipping plantain chips, scooping with corn chips, or spooning it over tacos, this pico is a total game-changer.


Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe tomato

  • ¼ onion

  • Handful of fresh cilantro

  • ½ tsp garlic (minced or crushed)

  • ¼ cup Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix

  • (Optional) A dash of Lovejoy’s Burn Yo Face Off Hot Sauce for extra heat


Instructions:

  1. Chop the tomato, onion, and cilantro into small, even pieces.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped ingredients with garlic and Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix.

  3. Stir well to combine. If you’re feeling bold, add a splash of Burn Yo Face Off hot sauce.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

  5. Serve immediately with plantain chips, corn chips, or spooned over tacos, eggs, or grilled fish.
