Sunshine Citrus Mimosa

Sunshine Citrus Mimosa

Posted by Charles Lovejoy on

Bright citrus. A little heat. Built for brunch.

Lovejoy’s Sunshine was designed as a bartender’s answer to the classic mimosa—familiar, but more alive. Tangerine and pineapple bring brightness, vanilla softens the edges, and jalapeño adds just enough warmth to keep things interesting.

The Label Recipe (Our Classic Build)

This is the exact preparation printed on the bottle.

You’ll need

  • 3 oz chilled prosecco or sparkling wine

  • 1 oz Lovejoy’s Sunshine

  • Optional: splash of sparkling water

Method
Pour prosecco into a chilled flute or wine glass. Add Sunshine. Stir gently and serve cold.

Simple. Balanced. Reliable.

Sunshine Citrus Mimosa Variations

Sunshine Spicy Mimosa
Add a thin jalapeño slice or a grapefruit peel twist. The heat plays well with the vanilla and citrus backbone.

Sunshine No-Proof Spritz
Replace prosecco with sparkling water or non-alcoholic bubbles. Still bright, still festive.

Sunshine Brunch Punch (Batch)

  • 1 bottle prosecco

  • 8 oz Lovejoy’s Sunshine

  • 4 oz sparkling water
Build in a carafe over ice. Lightly stir and serve.

Flavor Notes

Tangerine · Pineapple · Vanilla · Jalapeño

Built to wake up brunch without overwhelming it.
